Super Yacht ‘Queen of Andaman’ Launched

The Queen of Andaman is a brand new 41 M classic styled luxury charter yacht which is being built to the Italian RINA standard. This classic Ketch rigged motor sailor is currently being fitted out in Europe. After sea trials have been completed she’ll then head to South East Asia where she’ll be available for charter.

The Queen of Andaman has been constructed with the charter client in mind, there is ample deck space where guests can relax and enjoy cruising around the islands of South East Asia. She has the looks of a classic sailing yacht but her volume could be compared to that of a motor yacht. Her three decks have ample sunbathing and shaded areas, you can relax with a sunset cocktail at the fly bridge bar or you can enjoy the peace and calm of the waves as you sit in the aft deck lounge area.

When you step on board you’ll find seven crew which includes an English captain, they are there to make sure that you don’t just have a charter you have an ‘unforgettable experience’. The chef can prepare both Asian and European styled cuisine.

Guest accommodation comprises of four luxury master cabins (8 guests), all are en-suite and they’ve been fitted out to the highest of standards. Each cabin has a Plasma Satellite TV, broadband internet, telephone intercom system, Bose entertainment system, mini-bar and safe, another cabin can be made available for guests, nannies and PA’s (2 guests).

Dining areas for ten guests are in the main salon, as well as exterior dining on the aft-deck and fly bridge. Queen of Andaman also offers extensive relaxation and sunbathing areas forward, aft and on the spacious fly bridge.

Guests are encouraged to make use of the wide range of water sports equipment on board, you can go wakeboarding, waterskiing, snorkeling, fishing, diving and use the on board donut. These can be used in conjunction with the two tenders and the on board Sea Doo GTX Jet Ski. Or if you prefer you can relax on sun drenched beaches while reading a book from the on board library.

Equipped with guest and crew tenders as well as a Jet Ski, most sea sports will be on offer to charter clients. The main bridge onboard is fully equipped with state-of-the-art integrated Furuno navigation equipment, Fleet 77 and Ship Loc safety monitoring system. Adjoining the bridge are two cabins for the Captain and Engineer. A remote helm and navigation station is located on the fly bridge.
